Rental

The archive is open. Pieces from our collection are available for rent for editorials, film, theatre, music videos, advertising and private events.

How it works

  1. Select pieces. Browse the shop and note the references you're interested in. We can also source from our wider archive on request.
  2. Pick your dates. Tell us when you need them and where they're going.
  3. We send a quote. Within 24 hours: rental fee, delivery, insurance and security deposit.
  4. Confirm and receive. On signed agreement and deposit, pieces ship insured.
  5. Return. Send pieces back by the agreed date, in their original condition.

Terms at a glance

  • Minimum rental period: 3 days.
  • Daily rate: calculated from the piece's retail value.
  • Security deposit: refundable, equal to the full retail value of each piece. Refunded within 14 days of return in acceptable condition.
  • Insurance: renter is responsible for all-risk insurance (including transit) for the full retail value.
  • Late return penalty: 20% of the daily rate per day of delay, up to the full retail value.
  • Damage: minor damage is invoiced at restoration cost; major damage, loss or theft means the renter pays the full retail value.

Permitted use

Rented pieces may be worn, photographed and filmed. They may not be altered, dyed, cleaned, sub-rented, modified or copied without prior written consent. All pieces remain the property of Vapor Corp at all times.

Who we work with

Editorial teams, costume designers, stylists, photographers, directors, advertising agencies and private clients. If you're staging something, talk to us early — we love an ambitious brief.
